Shipping

We ship via USPS First Class Mail from our Dallas, TX facility. Orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days from your selected ship date. We do our very best to ship on the chosen date but cannot guarantee the exact shipment day.

Returns & Refunds

Because our potatoes are perishable and custom-printed, we cannot accept returns. If your potato arrives damaged or the order is incorrect, email support@anonymouspotato.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
